Sometimes you come into rough times, and you feel like everything is just falling apart. Trust me, I get it! I am not ashamed to admit that I had to utilize a food bank/food pantry to keep my family fed at a time. I feel so grateful and thankful that there are such kind people in our community, and I LOVE to give back and volunteer my time/kindness/donate whenever possible!
To make things a little easier for you, I compiled a list of some resources in our community, Harry Chapin Food Bank Locator, Why Hunger, United Way 211 (dial #211, then press call), and more! Lee County Department of Human Services also offers assistance online.
Resources
