Camp Tuition/Pricing: 35.00 a day / Macaroni KID families 10% total
Our Summer Break Camp is for high school students with an IEP. Attendees must be enrolled in a high school ESE program and have an active IEP. The cost per day is $35.00 and we only have 35 spots available. Attendees will engage in various activities throughout the summer and have two community trips. Our activities include: Leisure activities, Outdoor fun, Cooking, Snacks, Social Skills, Vocational Practice, and Life skills application. Deadline to enroll: May 24, 2024

Ascend Transition Services is dedicated to providing families with post-secondary transition support through various adult day programs, nursing services, companion support, pre-vocational programs, employment support, and community based instruction. We strive to be a comprehensive, compelling, and dedicated service. While remaining compassionate to the various needs of our members. We are a diverse group of professionals ready to serve our community. Our vision is to create an inclusive community in SWFL by teaching families, businesses, corporations, and organizations strategies that support young adults with varying disabilities.
Services we offer include Life Skills Development 3, Life Skills Development 4, Break Camps for high schoolers with an IEP, Summer Camp for high schoolers with an IEP who do not qualify for their school’s summer program, and many other services found under our services tab on our website.
We work with emerging, moderate, and severe disabilities. In 2024, we will offer two units for medically and behavioral severe students (SE, FS, II). We accept APD Members as well as Self-Pay Members.
ATS has been in planning for over five years. Our founder has always had a passion for working with children, teens, and young adults with disabilities. Her vision was to create a space where families can feel supported and included within the SWFL community. Our team is ready to mentor other professionals on how to build supportive facilities that guide children, teens, young adults, and their families.
