Building Talent Foundation is a National nonprofit, founded by the Leading Builders of America, aiming to rebuilding the residential construction industry. We do so by partnering with different groups, communities, schools, employers, builders, contractors and more. We go into different communities, youth groups, churches etc to educate on the careers in home building as well as provide interested candidates with career opportunities. We provide career coaching, resume building, mock interviews and soft skill trainings and our services are at no cost.
