My name is Charles Rankin, and along with my brother-in-law, Angel Areizaga, we are so excited to bring Jeremiah’s Italian Ice to South Ft Myers.
With Angel’s background in Project Management at SunTrust Bank, and myself as a US Air Force veteran and recently retired from the FBI, we decided that it was the right time to collaborate and explore franchising opportunities.
While thinking about this next chapter in my life, I wanted to invest in a franchise that was heavily community-oriented. Working with my brother-in-law, Angel, we quickly identified Jeremiah’s Ice as the ideal candidate for our franchising venture. We fell in love with the product instantly and once we conducted our research, we found that Jeremiah’s vision paralleled with ours.
Jeremiah’s purpose, brand, culture, community focused and family-oriented structure was exactly what we were looking for and it was a no-brainer to invest in it. We are so very excited to start this new journey to bring Jeremiah’s Italian Ice to Southwest Fl and to #LiveLifeToTheCoolest!

"We stopped at Jeremiah's on Summerlin Road for an after school snack. The kids as well as adults loved the flavored ice and ice cream blend treats. We had to order outside from the sidewalk at a window. Service was fast and efficient. There was a door near the window which led to an indoor seating area that was clean and well maintained. For my bargain hunting friends, I suggest getting the Jeremiah's app. It works both randomly (free treats for no reason) and based on one's loyalty to the chain (free treats based on spending)."
