Every week, Macaroni KID Fort Myers - Fort Myers Beach shares our picks for five things to do with your kids in Fort Myers & Fort Myers Beach over the coming week.

1. Music & Movement Class @ GCTC - Tuesday, April 29th 10:30-11am

These fun, family music-making classes will be held in our courtyard (near the playground and GameTime).

Each child will engage at their own pace in activities such as singing, moving, chanting, listening, observing, and exploring musical instruments. Small instruments will be provided, but you are also welcome to bring your own. Please remember to bring a towel or blanket for seating.

Spots are limited, and pre-registration is required.


2. Cornhole Night @ Millennial Brewing - Tuesday, April 29th 6-9pm

Come down to Millennial every Tuesday for our weekly Cornhole Night! Featuring money games, blind draw tournament, prize games and tons of fun! All ages, casual environment and all indoors! Presented in partnership with our friends at Back of the House Cornhole!


3. Lakes Park Farmer’s Market - Wednesday, April 30th 9am-1pm

Join us on Wednesdays for the Lakes Park Farmers Market. The market is located at Lakes Regional Park in Fort Myers, Florida. We are open, 9am - 1pm, through the end of June. The outdoor market place features goods from local farmers, producers and vendors such as: fresh fruits and vegetables, seafood, honey, meats, cut flowers, prepared meals, bagels, guacamole, BBQ, cheeses, baked goods, native plants, artisan foods, gluten free products, art, crafts and so much more. We truly have something for everyone. Parking is FREE while shopping at the farmers market.


5. Fort Myers Beach Market - Friday, May 2nd 9am-2pm

The Friday Beach Market includes bakeries, coffee, gourmet dip mixes, bottles of locally distilled flavored rums, vodkas, whiskeys with free sampling, Latin food, tacos, empanadas, tamales, crepes, fresh juices and lemonades SunMed, coastal art, UPF sunshirts, designer clothing and jewelry, sunglasses, handmade leather goods, Turkish cotton beach robes and towels, dog treats, interesting crafts like FMB tumblers and more!


5. Family Storytime @ Riverdale Public Library - Friday, May 2nd 10-10:30am

This fun and engaging storytime promotes and reinforces early literacy skills and language development through stories, music, movement and activities.

Parents and caregivers participate with their children while learning helpful early literacy strategies and tips to continue at home.
