Your child will receive:
* A birthday shoutout in the first newsletter of their birthday month (first name, last initial only)
* A personalized birthday card in the mail to make their day extra special
Here are the rules:
1. Macaroni KID Fort Myers - Fort Myers Beach’s Birthday Club is open to those residing within the territory our edition covers. This is limited to Fort Myers and Fort Myers Beach, FL.
2. Parent or Guardian MUST be a subscriber of Macaroni KID Fort Myers - Fort Myers Beach. This is an exclusive perk for subscribers. (If you register your child, you will automatically be subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time, but you must remain a subscriber to enjoy Birthday Club benefits. Being a Subscriber is free and your information will never be shared!)
3. The Birthday Club is open to kids turning 13 years old and younger.
4. You may sign up ONLY YOUR child(ren) with your email address. Please do not sign up for children that are not under your guardianship. (Your e-mail address will only be subscribed once - you will not receive duplicate newsletters each week).
5. Email address MUST be valid.
*Please note that we will never share your child's information with anyone and will only include first name and last initial in their shout-out.
*Please also note that we are not responsible for lost/stolen mailings. We are unable to change the mailing address after the card has already been given to the post office. We are unable to track mailed birthday cards.
